CreativefloArt is an online shop offering custom art posters printed and fulfilled by third-party providers such as Printful. All products are made-to-order and shipped directly to you.

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your order is final once confirmed (due to our print-on-demand process, cancellations or edits may not be possible)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

5. Shipping

We work with third-party providers like Printful to fulfill orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Shipping delays, customs processing, or disruptions are out of our control.

You are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, changing your mind).

We will replace items if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and order details.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, branding, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of CreativefloArt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our practices regarding data collection and usage are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Printful, WooCommerce, payment gateways) to operate our shop. Your use of these services is also governed by their terms and policies.
